ATP ishlab chiqarishni ko'paytirishga yordam beradi, mushak tolalarida hidratsiyani rag'batlantiradi, mushaklarning kuchi va chidamliligini oshiradi, charchoqning boshlanishini kechiktiradi, bilvosita mushaklarning o'sishiga va teri osti yog'ining erishiga yordam beradi.

Kreatin monohidrat bugungi kunda bozorda eng ko'p o'rganilgan sport qo'shimchalaridan biridir va buning yaxshi sababi bor! Olimlar ham, sport ovqatlanish mutaxassisi ham ushbu qo'shimchani yuqori intensivlikdagi sportchilarga tavsiya qiladi.
Kreatin mushaklarda cheklangan miqdorda saqlanadi, u 1-10 soniya davomida mushaklarning juda kuchli qisqarishi paytida energiya ishlab chiqarishda hal qiluvchi rol o'ynaydigan molekuladir; butun kuchingiz bilan sprint yoki og'irlikni ko'tarish haqida o'ylang.
Biz o'zimizni chegaraga surganimizda, kreatin energiya ishlab chiqarishda cheklovchi omil bo'lishi mumkin. Kreatin mushak hujayralarida energiyani qayta tiklashga yordam berish uchun ishlatiladi, ammo ko'p narsa mavjud emas va to'liq tiklanish uchun 4 daqiqagacha vaqt ketadi.
